Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort, support, and peace of mind to individuals and families nationwide. This fully remote role requires empathy, strong communication, and the ability to handle high-volume calls with accuracy.

The starting pay is $15 per hour, with 1st shift hours and one required weekend day. You will train, adhere to protocols, and document calls and dispatches in real-time while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Remote work requires reliable internet and home setup.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls and determine priorities per protocol.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripts and improvisation.
• Record details into the database in real time with accuracy.
• Verify and update member information to keep records current.
• Troubleshoot alarms and coordinate with teams for timely resolution.
