Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and support to individuals and families nationwide. This fully remote role starts at $15/hr with 1st shift and one required weekend day, beginning November 30, 2026.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a remote, high-volume support environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripts and real-time responses.
• Monitor high-volume medical alerts and alarms, offering care during stress.
• Record call details and dispatches in real-time databases.
• Communicate with empathy to ensure a positive member experience.
• Verify and update customer information for accuracy.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Proactively inquire about preventative healthcare services.
• Manage access to sensitive materials with confidentiality.
• Navigate multiple screens and type while on calls.
• Complete new-hire training and pass compliance tests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
