Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative for a fully remote position. You will answer incoming calls, provide compassionate support, and manage alerts and data entry across a secure system. The role requires calm under pressure, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends on a 2nd shift schedule.

The ideal candidate has 0–1 year in customer service, a high school diploma or GED, and comfortable with CRM software and MS Office. Training and compliance testing are provided.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a contact center or healthcare setting.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Remote capability with minimum 50 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift including one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with empathy.
• Record call details and messages in real-time with accuracy.
• Verify and update customer information in the system.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Proactively discuss preventative healthcare services with members.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive materials.
• Communicate clearly while navigating multiple screens.
• Complete new hire training and compliance testing.
