Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative for a fully remote position. The role focuses on answering both emergency and non-emergency calls, providing compassionate support, and documenting details in real time. Shifts are 2nd shift with one required weekend day.

The ideal candidate has 0–1 year of customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a high-volume environment. High School diploma or GED is required, and reliable internet is necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare/ call center.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor alerts and alarms, offering care during stressful situations.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time with accuracy.
• Verify and update customer information to ensure records are current.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for maintenance.
