Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and support to individuals and families nationwide. The role is fully remote with 2nd shift and requires weekend availability, 0–1 year of customer service experience, and a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities include handling calls, documenting details in real-time, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting members with empathy and timely information.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; empathy and respect in all interactions.
• Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and basic software proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls per protocol to prioritize and dispatch responses.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor high volume medical alerts and alarms, offering genuine care during stressful situations.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time with accuracy.
• Verify and update customer information to ensure records are current.
