Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative for a fully remote role. The position supports emergency and non-emergency calls, delivering compassionate service with empathy and accuracy.

Training and compliance testing are required, with a focus on maintaining confidential information and utilizing CRM systems. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, 0–1 year of customer service experience, and the ability to work 2nd shift including a weekend day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare setting.
• Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols to determine priorities and dispatch responses.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms, offering genuine care during potentially stressful situations.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages into a database in real-time with accuracy.
• Verify and update customer information to ensure records are accurate.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
