Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls from members nationwide. This fully remote role requires you to work 2nd shift and weekends, starting at $16 per hour, with strong empathy and clear communication.

You will document calls in real-time, provide compassionate support, verify data, and maintain confidentiality while following protocols to dispatch appropriate responses.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred, in healthcare or contact centers.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; empathetic and calm under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor high volume of medical alerts and alarms, offering care.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time with accuracy.
