Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative for a fully remote role. Start date is November 30, 2026, with 1st shift and one required weekend day.

Compensation begins at $15 per hour, with duties including handling incoming calls, providing empathetic support, and dispatching responses per protocol. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, 0–1 year of experience, strong typing (35 WPM), and proficiency with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Remote-capable with reliable internet connection required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and determine priorities to dispatch responses.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms while maintaining composure.
• Record call details and messages in real time with accuracy.
• Communicate with empathy to ensure a positive member experience.
• Verify and update customer information to keep records accurate.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Promote preventative healthcare services to members.
• Manage access to sensitive materials and maintain confidentiality.
• Navigate multiple screens and type simultaneously.
• Complete new hire training and pass compliance testing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
