Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative for a fully remote position. This role supports members nationwide, with 1st shift and one required weekend day, at a starting pay of $15 per hour.

You will handle emergency and non-emergency calls, document details in real time, and maintain strict confidentiality while delivering empathetic service. Requirements include a high school diploma and 0–1 year of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare setting.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed.
• Remote capability with minimum internet speeds of 50 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload.
• Able to sit at a computer with headset for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls and dispatch responses.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with calm, empathetic communication.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages into a database in real-time.
• Verify and update customer information to ensure accurate records.
