Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort, support, and peace of mind to members during critical moments. This fully remote role supports the nation and starts on November 30, 2026, with 2nd shift and one required weekend day.

You will handle incoming calls, log details in real-time, verify information, and communicate with empathy. Ideal candidates have strong customer service, can type 35 WPM, and are comfortable navigating multiple systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime.
• Remote role requires reliable internet connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripts.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and respond.
• Record call details and dispatches in real-time.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues.
• Suggest preventative healthcare services to members.
