Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative for a fully remote role. Start date is November 30, 2026, with 1st shift and one weekend day required. Compensation starts at $15/hr.

You will handle incoming emergency and non-emergency calls, follow protocols, and dispatch responses to ensure comfort and safety for members across the country. The ideal candidate has 0–1 year of customer service experience, strong communication, and proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and empathetic in stressful situations.
• Strong typing (35 WPM) and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls and dispatch responses.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripts and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with care.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time with accuracy.
• Communicate with empathy to ensure a positive experience for members.
• Verify and update customer information in the system.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for maintenance.
• Proactively inquire about and recommend preventative healthcare services.
• Manage access to sensitive materials and maintain confidentiality.
• Talk and type simultaneously while navigating multiple screens and systems.
• Complete new hire training and pass required compliance testing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
