Job summary

Modivcare is hiring a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts, provide comfort, and support to members across the country. The role is fully remote with a start date of November 30, 2026 and a starting pay of $15 per hour.

You will handle incoming calls, follow protocols, document details in real time, and ensure confidentiality while delivering empathetic service. Weekend availability and flexible hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Remote work experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, determine priorities, and dispatch responses.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of alerts and offer calm, empathetic service.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real time with accuracy.
• Verify and update customer information in the system for accuracy.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Proactively discuss preventative healthcare services with members.
