Job summary

Modivcare is hiring a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide compassionate support to members nationwide. The role is fully remote, with shifts on the 1st shift and weekend day requirements.

Starting pay is $15 per hour, and you will handle calls, document details, and coordinate responses according to protocols. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and up to 1 year of customer service experience, particularly in healthcare or contact centers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience preferred, in healthcare or contact center settings.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor high volume medical alerts and alarms, offering empathy and care.
• Record call details and messages into a database in real time with accuracy.
• Verify and update customer information to ensure records are current.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Suggest preventative healthcare services to members as appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality for sensitive materials and data.
• Navigate multiple screens and systems efficiently while talking and typing.
• Complete new hire training and comply with required testing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
