Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative for a fully remote role. Start date is November 30th, 2026, with 1st shift and one required weekend day. Compensation begins at $15/hr, with responsibilities including handling emergency and non-emergency calls, compassionate customer support, and accurate record-keeping.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED and 0–1 year of customer service experience. Must have reliable internet and be able to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare settings.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed.
• Remote capability: minimum internet speeds of 50Mbps download and 25Mbps upload.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols to determine priorities and dispatch responses.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms, offering genuine care in stressful situations.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages into a database in real-time with accuracy.
• Communicate with empathy, respect, and patience for a positive member experience.
• Verify and update customer information to ensure accurate records.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Proactively inquire about and recommend preventative healthcare services.
• Manage access to sensitive materials and maintain confidentiality.
• Talk and type simultaneously while navigating multiple screens.
• Complete new hire training and pass compliance testing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
