Job summary

Modivcare seeks a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort, support, and peace of mind to individuals and families nationwide. This full-time, fully remote position starts at $15 per hour and requires availability for 1st shift with one weekend day, starting November 30, 2026.

You will handle calls, document details, and assist with preventative guidance. Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, empathy, and multitasking skills, plus basic MS Office and CRM

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or contact center.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours.
• Remote capability with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor high volume of medical alerts and alarms with empathy.
• Record call details and messages in real-time with accuracy.
• Communicate with members respectfully to ensure a positive experience.
• Verify and update customer information in the system.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Proactively discuss preventative healthcare services with members.
• Manage access to sensitive materials and maintain confidentiality.
• Talk and type simultaneously while navigating multiple screens.
• Complete new hire training and compliance testing.
