Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and support to members nationwide. This fully remote role requires handling high volumes of calls, following protocols, and documenting details in real time while staying calm under pressure.

The ideal candidate has 0–1 year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate multiple screens. Weekend shifts and 16 USD per hour start date November 30, 2026.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare settings.
• Proficient typing and able to navigate multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls, following protocols to determine priorities and dispatch responses accordingly.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms, offering genuine care during potentially stressful situations.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages into a database in real-time while maintaining focus and accuracy.
• Communicate with empathy, respect, and patience to ensure a positive experience for our members.
