Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and support to individuals and families nationwide. This fully remote role emphasizes compassionate customer service, accurate data recording, and adherence to protocols in potentially high-stress moments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or contact center.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed.
• Remote capability with minimum 50Mbps download and 25Mbps upload.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols to determine priorities.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with genuine care.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real time with accuracy.
• Communicate with empathy, respect, and patience to members.
• Verify and update customer information in the system.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Suggest preventative healthcare services to members.
• Handle sensitive materials with strict confidentiality.
• Navigate multiple screens and systems efficiently, both speaking and typing.
• Complete new hire training and compliance testing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
