Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide compassionate support to members nationwide. This fully remote role requires handling high volumes of calls, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring accurate data entry while delivering empathetic service. Start date is November 30th, 2026.

Weekend shifts are required. Ideal candidates have 0–1 year in customer service and a high school diploma or GED.

Competenze

• 0–1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed.

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor high volume of medical alerts and offer empathetic care.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time databases.
• Communicate with empathy and respect to ensure a positive member experience.
• Verify and update customer information to maintain accurate records.
