Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and support to members nationwide. This fully remote role offers 2nd shift with weekend work, starting at $16 per hour, and an opportunity to impact lives during critical moments.

You will handle calls, document details in real-time, use CRM systems, and maintain confidentiality while offering empathetic, precise service. Training and compliance tests will be completed successfully.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center.
• Ability to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed.
• Remote work with minimum internet speeds of 50Mbps down / 25Mbps up.
• Able to handle up to 100+ calls per day.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols to determine priorities and dispatch responses.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms, offering empathetic care during stressful moments.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages into a real-time database.
• Communicate with empathy, respect, and patience to ensure a positive member experience.
• Verify and update customer information in the system for accuracy.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
