Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and support to individuals and families across the country during critical moments. This fully remote role requires strong customer service, empathy, and the ability to navigate multiple systems while following scripted and non-scripted responses.

Start date is November 30, 2026 and compensation begins at $15/hr. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED and 0–1 year of customer service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Remote capability requires reliable home internet (50 Mbps down, 25 Mbps up).

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time.
• Communicate with empathy, respect, and patience to ensure a positive experience.
• Verify and update customer information to ensure records are accurate.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for maintenance.
• Proactively inquire about preventive healthcare services to members.
• Manage access to sensitive materials and maintain confidentiality.
• Talk and type while navigating multiple screens and systems.
• Complete new hire training and pass compliance testing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
