Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort, support, and peace of mind to individuals nationwide. This fully remote role requires strong empathy, excellent communication, and the ability to manage high call volumes with accuracy.

Starting at $15 per hour, with 1st shift and one weekend day required, the position offers weekend availability, training, and opportunities to contribute to critical moments in members' care.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: High School Diploma or GED.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or contact center.
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and equipment.
• Strong empathy and ability to handle high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with accuracy.
• Record call details and messages into a real-time database.
• Communicate with empathy to ensure a positive member experience.
• Verify and update customer information to keep records accurate.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Promote preventative healthcare services to members.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials.
• Navigate multiple screens and systems efficiently while talking and typing.
• Complete new hire training and pass compliance testing.
