Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort, support, and peace of mind to individuals and families across the country. This fully remote role offers a starting wage of $15 per hour, with 1st shift and one required weekend day.

Responsibilities include handling incoming calls, following protocols, and recording details in real-time while maintaining confidentiality. Candidates should have a HS diploma, 0–1 year experience, and reliable internet.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year customer service experience, healthcare settings preferred.
• Remote capability requires 50 Mbps down / 25 Mbps up.

Responsibilities

• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support with scripts and responses.
• Monitor high volume medical alerts and alarms.
• Record call details and messages in real-time.
• Communicate with empathy, respect, and patience.
• Verify and update customer information in the system.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues.
• Suggest preventative healthcare services to members.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials.
• Manage multiple screens and systems efficiently.
• Complete new hire training and compliance testing.
