Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and support to individuals and families nationwide. This fully remote role requires handling high volumes of calls with empathy, accurately recording details, and maintaining confidentiality.

Starting at $15/hr, the position requires a High School Diploma or GED, 0–1 year of customer service experience, and availability for 1st shift including one weekend day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours.
• Remote capability: fast internet (50 Mbps down, 25 Mbps up).

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripts and natural responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with care.
• Record call details and dispatch information in real-time.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive materials.
