Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide compassionate support to individuals and families nationwide. The role is fully remote with a start date of November 30, 2026 and 1st shift (including one weekend day).

You will handle incoming calls, document details in real-time, and maintain confidentiality while guiding members through scripted and unscripted responses. A high school diploma and 0–1 year of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and empathetic in high-pressure situations.
• Proficient typing skills (35 WPM).
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls and determine priorities.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with professionalism.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time with accuracy.
• Verify and update customer information in the system.
