Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and support to individuals and families nationwide. The role is fully remote with 1st shift, weekend work, and starting pay of $15 per hour.

You will handle calls, document details, and assist with preventive health guidance while maintaining confidentiality. Training will be provided, and compliance testing is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year in customer service, healthcare preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and determine priorities per protocol.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms.
• Record call details and dispatches in real-time.
• Communicate with empathy to ensure a positive member experience.
• Verify and update customer information in the system.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues.
• Suggest preventive healthcare services to members.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials.
• Navigate multiple screens and systems efficiently.
• Complete new hire training and compliance testing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
