Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and support to members nationwide. This fully remote role requires a compassionate approach and the ability to manage multiple screens and systems efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have 0–1 year of customer service experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and be willing to work weekends with a starting pay of $15 per hour. Training and compliance are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or contact centers.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours.
• Remote capability requires reliable home internet.

Responsibilities

• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls, determine priorities, and dispatch responses.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripts and real-time responses.
• Monitor high volume medical alerts and alarms with calm, empathetic communication.
• Record call details and messages into a database in real time with accuracy.
• Verify and update customer information to keep records current.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Suggest preventative healthcare services when appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials.
• Handle multiple screens and systems efficiently while talking and typing.
• Complete new hire training and pass compliance testing.
