The ideal candidate has strong communication, empathy, and multitasking abilities, with 0–1 year of experience in customer service or healthcare settings. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year customer service experience preferred, in a contact center or healthcare setting.
• Remote work capability with reliable internet and home office setup.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls per protocol.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of alerts and record details in real-time.
• Verify and update customer information to keep records accurate.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Communicate with empathy to ensure a positive member experience.
