Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and support to members nationwide. This fully remote role starts Nov 30, 2026, with 1st shift and weekend day requirements, and a starting wage of $15 per hour.

In this position you will answer incoming calls, follow protocol to triage and dispatch, document details in real-time, and communicate with empathy and accuracy. Strong typing and CRM familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Remote work setup with reliable internet required.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time in a database.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and coordinate with maintenance when needed.
