Modivcare is hiring a Care Center Representative for a fully remote, 2nd shift role with weekend requirements. Starting pay is $16 per hour. You’ll handle incoming calls, provide compassionate support, and manage data across multiple systems.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 0–1 year of customer service experience. Training and benefits are provided, with strong emphasis on confidentiality and customer care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Healthcare or contact center experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls per protocol.
• Provide compassionate customer support with scripts.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms.
• Record call details and messages in real-time.
• Communicate with empathy to ensure a positive member experience.
• Verify and update customer information in the system.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues.
• Suggest preventative healthcare services to members.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials.
• Talk and type across multiple screens.
• Complete new hire training and compliance testing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
