Cox Automotive Fleet is seeking detail-oriented New Call/Follow Up Specialists to support fleet operations. You will manage inbound calls, gather requirements, and update records, while ensuring accurate billing and timely estimates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and up to 2 years of related experience.
• Strong customer service experience is required.
• Preferred: degree in related discipline or industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Gather and follow customer requirements during the initial call.
• Enter data promptly and accurately record the unit's location.
• Communicate accurate billing information to service providers.
• Handle estimates promptly and accurately.
• Make outbound calls to obtain updates on open events.
• Keep customers updated on event status and follow instructions.
• Collaborate with roadside dispatcher when problems arise.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
