• Accurately collect and verify customer requirements during initial call.
• Enter data promptly, ensure accurate unit location and billing details.
• Communicate accurate billing information to service providers.
• Manage estimates promptly and accurately.
• Place outbound calls to obtain updates on open events.
• Keep customers informed about event status and follow instructions.
• Coordinate with roadside dispatcher when issues arise.
• Prioritize and complete tasks within deadlines.
