Cox Automotive Inc. in the United States is seeking a detail-oriented New Call/Follow Up Specialist to join Cox Fleet. You will manage inbound calls, gather accurate customer requirements, and ensure timely data entry and billing communication.

The role offers remote work outside a 30-mile radius of Cherryville, NC or hybrid options within 30 miles, with training 8:00 am–5:00 pm ET and a hourly pay range of $15.10–$22.69.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; up to 2 years of related experience.
• Strong customer service experience required.
• Preferred: degree in related discipline or industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Accurately gather and follow customer requirements on the initial call.
• Enter data promptly and record unit location accurately.
• Communicate accurate billing information to service providers.
• Handle estimates promptly and accurately.
• Make outbound calls to obtain updates on open events.
• Keep customers updated on event status and follow instructions.
• Collaborate with roadside dispatcher when issues arise.
