Cox Automotive seeks a detail-oriented New Call/Follow Up Specialist to join Cox Fleet. You will manage inbound calls, gather requirements, and ensure accurate data entry and billing information.

This role supports remote work for those outside a 30-mile radius of Cherryville, NC and hybrid work nearby. Compensation ranges from $15.10 to $22.69 per hour, with potential commission or incentives depending on location and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus up to 2 years of related field experience.
• Strong customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Accurately gather and follow customer requirements during the initial call.
• Enter data promptly and record the unit's location accurately.
• Ensure accurate billing information is communicated to the service provider.
• Handle estimates promptly and accurately.
• Make outbound calls to obtain updates on open events.
• Keep customers updated on event status and follow their instructions.
• Collaborate with the roadside dispatcher when problems arise.
• Manage time effectively to prioritize and complete tasks within deadlines.
