Cox Automotive is seeking a detail-oriented New Call/Follow Up Specialist to join Cox Fleet. You will manage inbound calls, collect customer requirements, and ensure accurate information and timely communication during service events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with up to 2 years in a related field.
• Strong customer service experience and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Gather and follow customer requirements during the initial call.
• Enter data promptly and record unit location accurately.
• Ensure accurate billing information is conveyed to the service provider.
• Handle estimates promptly and accurately.
• Make outbound calls to obtain updates on open events.
• Keep customers updated on event status and follow instructions.
• Collaborate with roadside dispatcher when problems arise.
• Manage time effectively to prioritize and complete tasks within deadlines.
