Job summary

Amplity Health is seeking a Business Development Specialist for Remote Engagement to engage Health Care Professionals by phone, promote client products, and drive loyalty program participation. You will build relationships, manage targeted accounts, and coordinate with client field teams to hit program KPIs.

The role offers full-time employment with comprehensive benefits and the flexibility to cover multiple time zones. Some site visits may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant business or sales experience
• Willingness to cover multiple time zones
• Ability to travel to office sites if needed
• Excellent Microsoft Office and related programs skills

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with customers using selling, listening and negotiation skills
• Manage daily call activity to influence customers and increase platform awareness
• Profile and manage targeted accounts to grow product and platform awareness
• Create and implement business plans to achieve goals
• Maintain call productivity and KPIs as required by the program
• Represent client in teleconferences and meetings and relay insights to internal teams
