Job summary

Amplity is recruiting a Business Development Specialist for remote engagement to promote client products to healthcare professionals. The role focuses on telephone conversations, building relationships, and driving loyalty program participation across multiple time zones.

The position offers full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, disability coverage, and generous PTO and holidays. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
• A minimum of 2+ years of relevant business or sales experience.
• Flexibility to cover multiple time zones.
• Ability to travel to office sites if needed.
• Willingness to cover all time zones if needed.
• Successfully pass all required Amplity and client training.
• Excellent technical skills with Microsoft office and other programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Effectively and persuasively communicate with customers utilizing selling, listening and negotiation skills, proper terminology and approved messaging, and using approved promotional aids.
• Manage daily call activity to influence customers and increase platform awareness.
• Profile and manage targeted accounts and provide value-added benefits to grow product and platform awareness.
• Create and implement business plans to achieve goals.
• Maintain call productivity and metrics as required by the program.
• Achieve quarterly client KPIs.
• Promote client products via telephone and engage targets in discussions to meet goals.
• Maintain knowledge of client products, program and platforms.
