Job summary

Amplity is seeking a Business Development Specialist - Remote Engagement to drive phone-based promotion of client products to health care professionals, expanding platform adoption and achieving program KPIs. The role supports multiple time zones and may involve on-site visits for training or in-services.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in business or sales, superb communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2+ years of sales or business experience.
• Willingness to cover multiple time zones and travel as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must pass all training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage health care professionals by phone to promote client products and drive loyalty program participation.
• Achieve quarterly KPIs and build targeted account plans.
• Maintain knowledge of client products, programs and platforms.
• Prepare and deliver reports to management as needed.
• Collaborate with client field sales teams to coordinate coverage.
