Job summary

Amplity Health is hiring a Business Development Specialist for remote engagement to connect with Health Care Professionals, promote client products, and grow participation in loyalty and education platforms. This role supports client objectives through outbound and inbound calls, data entry, and cross-functional collaboration with field teams.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in business or sales, with flexibility to travel and cover multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
• A minimum of 2+ years of relevant business or sales experience.
• Flexibility to cover multiple time zones.
• Ability to travel to office sites if needed.
• Willingness to cover all time zones if needed.
• Successfully pass all required Amplity and client training.
• Excellent technical skills with Microsoft Office and other programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage Health Care Professionals by telephone to promote client products and maximize platform participation.
• Manage daily call activity to influence customers and increase platform awareness.
• Profile and manage accounts to grow product and platform awareness.
• Create and implement business plans to achieve goals.
• Maintain call productivity and program metrics.
• Meet quarterly KPIs for the client.
• Promote client products via telephone and engage targets in-depth discussions.
• Maintain knowledge of client products, programs, and platforms.
• Enter data accurately in CRM systems and document responses and actions.
• Collaborate with client field teams to plan account coverage.
