MedWatch is seeking an Intake Coordinator in a remote role. You will handle incoming calls, emails, and faxes to start and manage cases, provide status updates, and forward information to the appropriate teams.

The position involves sending CM reports and invoices, monitoring the CM Inbox, and handling UR/CM/DM mailings from home. Excellent data entry and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma is required.
• Strong data entry and typing skills are essential.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology is required.
• Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• Some experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Strong computer skills with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
