Job summary

MedWatch, LLC is seeking an Intake Coordinator to handle incoming calls, emails, faxes, and website requests for patient demographics intake. Remote position with no commute required. Responsibilities include case status updates, data verification, and supporting nurses with UR/CM/DM processes.

The role requires a high school diploma and strong data entry, communication, and multitasking skills, with experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming MedWatch calls, start cases, log calls, and provide case status.
• Make outgoing calls for demos, information, and follow-ups.
• Distribute and manage faxes and emails; support nurses with case transfers.
• Verify patient and provider demos; ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Create documents, spreadsheets, and cheat sheets for team use.
• Set follow-up dates and manage UR/CM/DM mailing processes.
