MedWatch is seeking an Intake Coordinator to handle inquiries via calls, emails, faxes, or website and assist with precertification based on the employer’s/TTP contract. This is a remote position with no commute required.

Ideal candidates will have excellent data entry and typing skills, basic computer skills, and knowledge of medical terminology, along with customer service experience in a call center environment. Pay rate ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour.

Competenze

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent data entry and typing skills are essential.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and customer service principles.
• Some experience in call center or customer service environment is preferred.

Mansioni

• Handle all incoming MedWatch calls (start cases, log calls, forward calls, provide case status).
• Send out CM Reports/Invoices and check CM Inbox for emails requiring action.
• Manage mailing for UR, CM and DM, and maintain accurate records.

High School Diploma

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Some experience in a call center or customer service environment

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Handle all incoming MedWatch calls (i.e. start cases, do call logs, forward calls, provide case status, provide claims phone #’s, etc...)
• Send out CM Reports/Invoices
• Check CM Inbox to see if there are any emails that need to be addressed (i.e. new CM case opened, answering questions regarding UR procedures, etc…) [Create cheat sheets, documents, spreadsheets, correspondence, etc...
• Handle mailing for UR, CM and DM

Pay rate: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

This position is in a typical office / home office

environment which requires prolonged sitting in front of a computer. and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment including operation of standard

computer and phone equipment.
