Job summary

MedWatch is seeking an Intake Coordinator to handle inquiries via calls, emails, faxes, or website and assist with precertification based on the employer’s/TTP contract. This is a remote position with no commute required.

Ideal candidates will have excellent data entry and typing skills, basic computer skills, and knowledge of medical terminology, along with customer service experience in a call center environment. Pay rate ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent data entry and typing skills are essential.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and customer service principles.
• Some experience in call center or customer service environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming MedWatch calls (start cases, log calls, forward calls, provide case status).
• Send out CM Reports/Invoices and check CM Inbox for emails requiring action.
• Manage mailing for UR, CM and DM, and maintain accurate records.
