Job summary

MCI is hiring Remote Bilingual Call Center Representatives to join our customer support team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, working from home, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering friendly service and accurate information. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in a call center or customer service, is fluent in English and Spanish, and can multitask in a remote setting using CRM software.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Reliable home workspace and a quiet environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Document interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow scripts and standard operating procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
