The RealReal, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to qualify leads and route them to the appropriate sales channel for consignment onboarding.

This fully remote role is ideal for customer-obsessed performers who thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. You will outbound outreach daily, nurture relationships via phone, text, and email, and educate prospects on brands accepted, pricing expectations, and the consignment process.

Qualifications

• Qualify marketing generated leads through daily outreach and field inbound inquiries.
• Pass qualified leads to the appropriate sales channel to close consignments.
• Nurture leads through ongoing follow-up via phone/text/email.
• Educate leads on brands accepted, pricing expectations, and next steps for consignment.
• Demonstrate professionalism and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
