The RealReal, Inc. is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to qualify leads and route them to the appropriate sales channel for new consignors.

This fully remote role suits a customer-obsessed, competitive sales professional. You will handle daily outreach, inbound inquiries, and persistent follow-up by phone, text, and email, educating prospects on the consignment process, brands accepted, and pricing expectations.

Formación

• Qualify marketing generated leads through daily outreach and inbound inquiries.
• Proactive follow-up and nurturing of leads via phone, text, and email.
• Strong communication and professional phone demeanor.
• Familiarity with luxury fashion marketplace is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Qualify marketing generated leads through daily outreach, while fielding inbound inquiries.
• Pass qualified leads to appropriate sales channel to close into new consignment business.
• Nurture leads through ongoing follow-up via phone/text/email.
• Educate leads on the consignment process, brands accepted, pricing expectations and next steps.
• Maintain a high degree of professionalism and excellent phone demeanor.
• Demonstrate strong customer service, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Utilize tools such as G-Suite, Email, Salesforce, and CRM.
• Commit to full-time hours (40 hours per week).
• Work one weekend day with shifts Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu.
• Familiarity with the luxury fashion marketplace.
