The RealReal, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative for a fully remote, high-activity sales environment.

You will qualify marketing leads and inbound inquiries, then pass them to the right sales channel to close into new consignors. Responsibilities include persistent follow-up via phone, text, and email; educating leads on the consignment process, accepted brands, and pricing expectations; and maintaining professionalism and strong customer service throughout the cycle.

• Qualify marketing generated leads and field inbound inquiries.
• Follow up via phone/text/email and nurture leads.
• Familiar with luxury fashion marketplace is a plus.
