The RealReal, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) for a fully remote, high-velocity sales environment. You will qualify leads, nurture relationships, and pass opportunities to the appropriate sales channel to close new consignors.

This role offers an hourly base pay with uncapped commissions, weekly/monthly incentives, and benefits. Weekend shifts required, 40 hours per week, and familiarity with luxury fashion marketplace encouraged.

Qualifications

• Proven experience qualifying leads and routing to sales channels.
• Strong phone, text and email outreach skills.
• Comfort with CRM and internal tools.

Responsabilités

• Qualify marketing-generated leads and handle inbound inquiries.
• Pass qualified leads to the appropriate sales channel for consignment.
• Nurture leads with follow-up via phone/text/email.
• Educate leads on the consignment process, brands, and pricing.
• Maintain professionalism and strong phone demeanor.
• Provide exceptional customer service and problem solving.
