Job summary

The RealReal, Inc. is seeking self-motivated Business Development Representatives to qualify leads and pass them to the right sales channel for consignors. This fully remote role is based in the United States with EST localities and weekend coverage options.

Expect hourly pay of $21 with uncapped commissions, a structured incentive program, and benefits. You will nurture leads, educate prospects on the consignment process, and coordinate with sales for closures in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for prospective consignors.
• Qualify leads from marketing and inbound inquiries daily.
• Pass qualified leads to the appropriate sales channel to close.
• Nurture leads through phone, text, and email follow-ups.
• Educate leads on the consignment process, brands, and pricing.
