Job summary

The RealReal, Inc. is seeking self-motivated individuals for a fully remote Business Development Representative role. You’ll qualify leads, pass them to the right sales channel, and nurture prospects through calls, texts, and emails to build new consignments.

Earn hourly base pay with uncapped commissions and monthly incentives. Weekend shifts (Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu) and a 40-hour work week are required. The role supports a luxury marketplace and growth culture.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort with using G-Suite, Email, Salesforce, CRM.

• Ability to commit to full-time hours (40 hours/week).
• Must be able to work one weekend day (Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu).

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for prospective clients interested in consigning.
• Qualify marketing generated leads through daily outreach, handling inbound inquiries.
• Pass qualified leads to the appropriate sales channel to close new consignments.
• Nurture leads through ongoing follow-up via phone/text/email.
• Educate leads on the consignment process, brands accepted, pricing expectations and next steps.
