Job summary

Hubexo is seeking a Business Development Representative to grow our North America team. The role is 100% remote with occasional travel to events and meetings, and candidates must reside in eligible states including OR.

You will prospect, conduct daily outreach, and schedule meetings to build a strong sales pipeline. A base salary of $50,000–$60,000 plus commissions enables high OTE, with comprehensive health benefits and a 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities

• Prospect within your territory to identify high-value targets.
• Use sales tech stack to perform cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Generate new opportunities and schedule qualified meetings.
• Manage a pipeline of warm leads and maintain engagement through follow-up.
• Identify best practices and refine prospecting strategies as you grow.
• Measure results and collaborate with manager to optimize performance.
